Historical milestones
German engineer Eduard Hugo Heusch invents the process for creating manufactured organic pearls, taking the first steps in the artificial pearl business.
The pearl factory opens in Manacor, Mallorca, employing local artisans and establishing a production center that would, over the years, become a symbol of the brand.
The brand consolidates its flagship product ("Majorica Pearl") as a benchmark of quality. Its identity is recognized under this name and its presence extends into international markets.
Majorica opens its first store in the US, strengthens its presence in Asia and other markets, and modernizes its flagship store in Manacor.
